Beta Program Notice

SacredKnot is currently operating in a Beta / Early Access phase. By accessing or using the Website during this period, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Certain features may be incomplete, experimental, or subject to change
  • Services, workflows, pricing, or availability may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time
  • Errors, delays, or interruptions may occur
  • Matchmaking outcomes and response times may vary during the Beta phase

Participation in the Beta program is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis, free of charge unless otherwise stated, and remains free until further notice. Continued use of the Website during the Beta phase constitutes acceptance of these conditions.

Eligibility

By using the Website, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are legally single and free to marry under the laws of your jurisdiction.
  • You represent that you do not have a criminal history that would pose a risk to other users.

User Account and Conduct

2.1 Account Creation

If you create or submit a profile on behalf of another individual, you represent and warrant that you have obtained that individual's knowledge, authorization, and any legally required consent before submitting their personal information. You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have the authority to submit such information. SacredKnot relies on these representations when processing registrations and may reject, suspend, or permanently delete any profile that is reasonably believed to have been submitted without proper authorization.

2.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities conducted through your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.

2.3 Prohibited Conduct

You agree NOT to:

Do not create or submit a profile for another individual unless you have first obtained that person's knowledge, authorization, and any legally required consent. The individual submitting the profile is solely responsible for obtaining all required permissions and consents. SacredKnot is not responsible for unauthorized profile submissions made by users or third parties and reserves the right to reject, suspend, or permanently delete such profiles.

Prohibited Activities

Unlawful Use:Use the Services for unlawful, defamatory, abusive, or harassing purposes
Harmful Content:Post or transmit content that is false, misleading, obscene, pornographic, or violent
Fraud:Solicit money, goods, or services under false pretenses
Technical Abuse:Upload malware, spam, or engage in data scraping, automation, or unauthorized access
Unwanted Contact:Contact other users outside the Website without their express consent
Unauthorized Profile Submission:Create or submit a profile containing another person's personal information without that individual's prior knowledge, authorization, and any legally required consent.

The Company reserves the right to monitor activity and remove content or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

User Content and Licenses

You are solely responsible for all information, photographs, messages, and other content ("User Content") that you submit or transmit through the Website.

License Grant

By submitting User Content, you grant the Company a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, and irrevocable license to use, reproduce, display, distribute, and modify such content solely for the purpose of operating, improving, and promoting the Services.

Fees and Subscription Plans

The Company makes no guarantees or warranties, including but not limited to:

  • That you will find a compatible match
  • That interactions or communications with other users will be safe or successful
  • The accuracy, completeness, or authenticity of user-provided information

User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users. We strongly recommend exercising caution when sharing personal information or meeting in person.

Termination

The Company may suspend or terminate your access to the Website or Services at any time, without prior notice or liability, for reasons including but not limited to:

Violation of these Terms
Illegal, abusive, or harmful conduct
Inactivity or suspected fraudulent activity

Binding Arbitration

By accessing or using the Services from outside the United States, you acknowledge that your personal information may be collected, processed, stored, and transferred to the United States and other countries where our service providers operate, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Services complies with the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
